I'm kind of confused, I always have the flex lease and after 12 months upgrade to the new model. I have a 9+ and now it is saying I have 12 months more of payments! I go and look and it has it listed as 24mo! Do they not do the flex lease 12mo anymore? null

You have the option of 18month flex or 24 month purchase when you first order your phone. You may have chose the 24 month purchase which means the phone will be yours to keep

If you are using the My Sprint app it will tell you when you are eligible to upgrade. You can upgrade every year or stick with the one you have. The My Sprint app does a better job explaining it though. Good luck!
