There is not a way to upgrade the RAM on the S23 Ultra.

I think it has something to do with using storage space as a kind of "virtual RAM" if you will. It has 8 physical MB of RAM and can gain another 4 MB from the internal storage. I know my S23 FE does it to get 6mb and my S6 lite only has 2 MB without stealing 2 more from the HDD. Or whatever the system storage is in these weird little contraptions My concerns are that as you inevitably clog up space on your tablet, does this allotment for RAM get abbreviated or made impossible?? It's the best answer I have Good luck
