QuestionHow do I get the best sounds, using the optic cable or using Bluetooth? For best sound quality, it is recommended to use HDMI, then optic then Bluetooth. But since this one doesn't have HDMI, I was wondering if optic is better over Bluetooth.

- Answer Optical is Better. Way better cause with Bluetooth, you have to turn the tv and soundbar separately on. Plus it has more bass and when you have the optical cord plugged you are in control of the system. It makes it sound like a theater in the house

QuestionI have a TU7000 65".and the paperwork says to use s T450 sound bar. You don't have any. What Samsung sound bars do you have that are compatible with this TV? Thanks

- Answer Hello Alan, The HW-B450 Soundbar will be the 2022 upgrade to the HW-T450 Soundbar that came out in 2020. Any Samsung Soundbar that can connect using Bluetooth, Digital Optical or HDMI will work with your TV. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi Zeno, You may want to try changing the sound mode to Adaptive Sound. Adaptive Sound analyzes the content in real time and automatically provides an optimal sound field based on the characteristics of the content. Additionally, turning on Dynamic Range Control (DRC) may help. With DRC turned on, loud sounds will be reduced. 1) Turn off your Soundbar. 2) While the Soundbar is off, press and hold the Sound Mode button on the remote control for 6 seconds until you see “DRC ON” shown on the display. 3) To turn off DRC, repeat steps 1 and 2 above.

- Answer Unfortunately you will not be able to pair an external Bluetooth device to this sound bar… Check to see if Best Buy has a compatible Bluetooth adapter to plug into your television:) Also there are several cost effective television options that have Bluetooth built directly in. So many options, the world is yours.

- Answer Hi there, The HW-B450 Soundbar has a wireless subwoofer, meaning that it doesn't use any cables to connect to the soundbar unit. The subwoofer does not have an internal battery, so it will need to be connected to the wall for power. ~Samsung Solutions
