Yes, it comes in 45" x 16" x 16" box. No need to let it rise for any amount of time does it immediately also no strange odor so no need to air out

Yes it comes in 1 piece box. I don't know how it fit, but as soon as we opened it the bed expanded to a queen size as specified. Probably the most comfortable bed I've bought in my life. The price I would say is fair for its quality and confortness.
