A:AnswerThe simplehuman site is always sold out of the charging puck so you will not be able to use your pump at all if you lost the charger during a move like us. We went back to a manual soap dispenser and have no problems anymore. I wish I never spent $70 to realize the manual dispenser was far simpler.
