Simply take your Connect into your local Best Buy store, head to the Customer Service counter, and they will process the trade in to give you your 30% off one Sonos item coupon. Then head over to Home Theater and pick up your Port and the 30% will be applied on the transaction that day. Best Buy will responsibly recycle your Connect and you will have your new Port!

- Answer Hi, and thank you for this question. It's tough to give a definitive answer without knowing the exact equipment you're referring to, however based on what you have mentioned; yes. You can plug directly into Port. Then, select "line in" on the browse menu when controlling Port. After that group Beam+Sub with the Port and kaPOW. Your vinyl playing through Beam+Sub wirelessly.

QuestionI already have an entire sonos whole house setup and a couple of move's. I am installing an outdoor tv and dont want to hook a soundbar to it. Can I connect TV sound into this media player and tv sound will then stream to the rest of my SONOS system?

- Answer The answer is yes, but you will at a minimum need amplifiers for all those speakers, as well as a way to feed your Sonos port output to those several amplifiers. There are several manufacturers that offer multi-channel amps for just this purpose. Then your connection from 1 Sonos port to 1 multichannel amp is simple. If you are using multiple amps, then you will also need some sort of signal splitter. Note: some amps have this built-in so you can daisy-chain the Sonos signal from 1 amp to the next. That feature is out there, but not super common. So if your home is wired with 12 speakers, or 6 speaker pairs, you need a 6 channel stereo amplifier. But the first question to answer is, do you really want just one channel of music all throughout the entire house at the same time? If the answer is yes, go get yourself an adequate multichannel amp and you’re set. If the answer is no, and you’d like flexibility to have different music in different zones, you’ll need a different Sonos port or amp for each zone.

- Answer Hi, and thank you very much for following up on this question. There shouldn't be any delay when streaming music. The only potential for delay is if you're plugging an analog source (ie a cd player) into the Port analog "in" and then grouping that with other Sonos speakers.

- Answer Hi and thank you for your question. Yes, you can stream music wirelessly to all of your Sonos products without audible delay. When it comes to the Sonos Port, you may need multple depending on the multi zone amp that you have. If you want to have different songs in different rooms then you would definitely need a Sonos Port of each zone. However, if you don't mind the same song playing all of the time, then in theory you could have one Port connected to the multi zone amp and then group it with your other Sonos speakers/products for in sync wireless audio. It's difficult to give specific advice on what you need based on not seeing/knowing what you have, but the short answer to your question is yes.

QuestionI have an older Sony CD jukebox with over 300 CDs. Can I use the Connect (indoors) plus Sonos wireless speakers (outdoors) to achieve this? Plus, of course, I want to be able to stream music outdoors from my smart TV and phone. What do I need?

- Answer You should be able to plug your CD jukebox output into the input of the Connect. And when you use your outdoor speakers select the “Line IN” for the source. One thing to know is that Sonos have moved to a new software system and the Connect is no longer being supported. I replaced my Connect with a new “Port” which is the newer technology. Hope this helps.
