Hi Annie, Thank you for inquiring about the TV. Performing [Cable/Satellite box control setup] in [Cable/Satellite box setup] allows you to control a cable/satellite box using the TV’s remote control. The supplied TV remote also has CH +/- (Channel) button and 123 (Control menu) button to display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen. Press the (Quick Settings) button or "gear" icon on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Channels & Inputs] — [External inputs] — [Cable/Satellite box setup] — [Cable/Satellite box control setup]. Follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on the model or device specifications, all or several of the remote control functions may not work. So you may need to use the cable box remote for changing channels and TV remote to navigate through built-in TV apps and inputs. Hope this helps! Regards, Jess
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say yes based on my experience with my main Sony t. And Fios service. My new 43 inch Sony is using only the antenna input, plus of course the built in smart apps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is the way my son has it set up with mine. I don't know if it is possible to change it but I really don't mess with it much.
