Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey there Bruce , there has been issues with this tv due to the last update it just had, to activate the hdmi 2.1 potential for the next ten gaming , Sony has said that’s it in the works to fix the update but no time frame has been given . If this isn’t the issue make sure your tv is power settings is set to not go asleep after a certain amount of time . But if this just recently started happening .. it the update that has brought bugs .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My X900H reboots randomly as well, it's been doing this even with firmware updates and using other troubleshooting "solutions" for over a year. I'll never buy another Sont TV again. Owning this X900H has been nothing but a terrible experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an X930E which would randomly restart out of the blue. I had done the factory reset as suggested by Sony but it did not solve the issue. While researching the problem I read on a post elsewhere that turning on the Simple IP Control (which is buried deep under Network & Internet settings) might help. I turned it on & have been reboot free for several weeks. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. I contacted Sony and they were able to remotely access the TV to make some changed to the settings. If seems to have corrected the issue but I didn't get a chance to see what they did.
