The SA-RS3S wireless rear speakers are only compatible with the Sony BRAVIA Theatre Bar 9 (HT-A9000), BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8 (HT-A8000), HT-A7000, HT-A5000, HT-A3000, and HT-S2000 soundbars, STR-AN1000, STR-AZ1000ES, STR-AZ3000ES, STR-AZ5000ES, and STR-AZ7000ES A/V receiver models. Pairing these speakers to any other soundbars or receivers is not supported. A receiver with 5.1, 7.1, or 9.1 output paired with wired speakers you will get different home theater experience.
