- Answer Absolutely! While viewing content press the asterisk (*) button on the TCL Roku remote to bring up the Options menu. Here you will fine the sleep timer that you can select a time between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer This TCL Roku TV does not support Micro SD cards. As such, it does not have a place to insert one. However, this TV does support USB Drives. - Answer If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth soundbars or speakers. QuestionI'd like to use this -- in part -- as a 1080p monitor. Does it have a pixel-for-pixel mode? Most HD TVs have this, though it is called many different things: "JustMode", "Computer Mode", etc. In any case, it turns OFF the "overscan".

- Answer When you are setting up the HDMI port for your computer, you can select "computer" and select settings will be applied to it. - Answer It's about 24 inches in the front and 21 1/2 inches in the back. Could you get a piece of board from Lowe's or Home Depot cut a little wider than the TV legs and set it on top of your existing surface to give you the width you need?

QuestionI like how my roku remote has a headphone jack so I can watch TV at night without disturbing the household. The TCL remote doesn't have that. Does this TV have Bluetooth so I can use headphones?

- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. - Answer This TCL Roku TV features a Roku TV remote which has a power button at the top of the remote and volume buttons on the right-hand side. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. QuestionIs the Hulu app up to date? I bought a BluRay player that had the app, but less than a month later it said the app was no longer supported. I wouldn't want to buy this TV and have the same thing happen.

- Answer One of the first things the TV does during the setup process is to update software and apps. About 1 week after I setup the TV the apps were updated again. I don't believe you will a issue with apps not being updated.

QuestionJust purchased in November, cannot locate the remote that came with it. Without having to purchase a new Logitech or universal remote, how can I purchase just a replacement for the one that came with my tv? There has to be a way!

- Answer You can purchase remotes from the Roku website. Amazon and Walmart are also options. If you have a smart phone, you can also download the Roku app and use the remote function within the app.

- Answer Absolutely! Once your USB is connected either launch it or go to the Roku Media Player app. Go to Video and select the USB. You need to put all videos you want to loop into one folder, then highlight the folder, then hit the “circle back” button (to the left of the asterisk “*” button). It will then loop all the videos in the folder(but you can’t mix pictures/videos together). Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
