Please note the suction mode for vacuuming only is exclusive on Floor One S3 Extreme, with which you can switch to suction mode to vacuum messes without mopping. - Answer Dear customer, thank you for your inquiry. Here are the differences between S3 Extreme and S5 Extreme: 1. The water tanks of S5 Extreme are bigger than those of S3 Extreme. 2. S5 Extreme can do edge cleaning but S3 Extreme can't.

- Answer Yes. If you choose not to use the Tineco cleaning solution, don't use other cleaners such as Pine-Sol etc. because it creates too many suds in the tank.

QuestionI purchase the unit in 2022, it's been used once and was stored. Now it won't suck up any liquid or solids. It dumps water out and spins but doesn't have suction. I purchased a 2 yr warranty thinking it was an extension onto base but they refuse help

- Answer Both. I bought two machines. I use mine on my textured tile floor. It cleans like nobody’s business. The other one I gave to my niece, and she uses it on her smooth tile floor. Her tile floor always looks great. The floor dries quickly and looks like she polished it for hours. This machine makes quick work out of mopping no matter what.
