- Answer I just spoke with a TomTom agent and was told the TomTom Trucker 620 requires a smartphone connection to get live traffic updates. No antenna option is available.

QuestionHi There, I bought my TomTom couple years ago with lifetime free map updates. Now i've connected to internet to update maps but it comes with the massage that free updates are expired and I have to pay. What is the customer service contact phone number?

- Answer Although I haven’t encountered this as of yet I believe you should contact Tom-Tom directly they stated lifetime updates (maps) are free. And that what it should be!

QuestionCan it be set to avoid parkways?

- Answer Once you select truck or bus options it usually avoids parkways except parkways upstate if you’re driving a bus.

QuestionOverall I'd like to know how well this unit works in the past I've had Garmin 770 right now I'm running a TMD and it's garbage this unit is only approximately 5 months old and it does not even have a reset button on the side I can't get anybody to work on

- Answer I drive a box truck and the unit still tries to put me on parkways I am not supposed to go on. I did keep it only because it tells me where the red light camera's are located.
