A:AnswerYes you can, only at toshiba services because it has smaller sockets according to the conventional laptops. And I have tried, it is not easy to take off the cover.

This Laptop above comes with a 1080p screen and only an i5 if your concerned about battery life. I have found there are three main things is nearly impossible to upgrade in today's laptops are the processor, RAM memory and built-on display screen. Hard drives are still upgradable from the ones I have recently purchased.
A:AnswerI am the one who got a problem with the mouse. From the first days the pointer froze for some seconds every 7-8 min. And now, after 6 months of purchase the mouse doesn't work at all. I contacted Toshiba USA office and they suggested me to send it to them at my expense, so they will fix it. And if after repairing the problem still exists, I have to send it again at my expense and get the money I paid for laptop back. I cannot wait so long as I am a student and need computer every day. They refused to take it and to reimburse me the laptop cost now; I need to send it back and forth and waste my time. #Toshibaistheworst
