I purchased a TracFone Card from Best Buy Online - thinking it would be convenient. Apparently, however, it was not activated. I have attempted to resolve this several times with Customer Service/Geek Squad, but no luck. HELP! null

My sales associate at Best Buy had the courtesy to take the time to activate my phone. It took him about 15 minutes.
I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself.

Contact Tracfone Customers service . If you paid online it is activated. Have had some problems trying to add on my devices. It's tracfone problem with their system
