No, I don't have a "prepaid menu" on mine. I usually add airtime online. They claim you can text ADD to 611611 and they will text you the instructions. I've never tried it but I'm guessing they'll text you asking for the pin number. Here's a complete list of services available with the 611611 menu http://dsweb.tracfone.com/611611/help/
