The same was you would with any Xbox--just press the "Sync" button on the console and on the Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset and they should sync right up!

The Xbox One console is equipped with a pairing/sync button. You would press that button on the console until the console's LED started blinking.

After that, you'd power on the headset. Once the headset was powered on, you'd press and hold the headset's pairing/sync button until the LED on the headset started blinking.

Within 30 seconds or so, the headset and console should sync together.
