- Answer They cheap out on the bom mic. So whenever you flip the extended mic up and down you are technically deteriorating it. I had the same problem and got another headset, I stop using it after finding some many people on reddit having the same trouble. Now the bracket plastic handband broke

Questiondont get it, the XBOX version, it has a XBOX and PC mode right, PC mode is used for PC and PS5. So why does the playstation version have PC and playstation mode and not just a single mode ? the PC mode will not work on PC and vice versa ? weird

The mode selection on each variation of the Stealth Pro Headset will differ, partly due to their interactions with the consoles behind the scenes and engineering requirements. The Stealth Pro for PlayStation can be used with a variety of platforms, via a connection with the transmitter or via a Bluetooth connection. Please note that when the headset is used with the transmitter, the transmitter itself must be in the proper mode for the platform it is being used with -- if the headset and transmitter is being used with a PlayStation or docked Nintendo Switch console, the transmitter would need to be set to PS mode. If the headset and transmitter are being used with a PC or Mac computer, the transmitter would need to be set to PC Mode. - Answer I have both, and I dont use the 700s anymore. Id say the biggest difference you'll notice build quality and the dongle/hub thing with the Stealth Pros, which elimated issues with crackling and cutting out in my case. That was horrible with my 700s. Im not a big audio guy, so I dont notice a big difference sound quality wise until you factor in the noise isolation and ANC, which definitely improves the experience. I dont regret buying the Stealths Pros and retiring my 700s after I finished grieving the loss of 329 dollars in exchange for a headset.

QuestionHow do I factory reset these? audio hub v2 will not find this headset so I'm unable to use any of the features, the app itself will not find them even reset uninstall everythin both connected to PC and work but app won't find the headset...

- Answer Physically hook your stealth pro headset to the transmitter Via USB cable and there is a pinhole in the transmitter. Press and hold that with a small pin. Make sure the headset itself is powered on.
