“Will Geek Squad carry a 65" TV up three flights of stairs to my apartment? The product page says the TV weighs approx 60lbs.”

• Our elevator was not working the morning the two men from BB (Geek Squad) and they carried our 55" LS t.v. up 3 floors to our condo. They were kind and efficient and did an excellent job. After having a ineffective customer experience with Comcast, I welcomed Best Buy's outstanding service.

• Yes, they had two people carry my 65" TV up to the 3rd floor and were very efficient and friendly people.

• I have no idea; however, as a furniture store owner, we would take up furniture as long as the stairway and the door(s) opening are large enough to move around in safely. Would think the Geek Squad would be the same. TV's are light weight at 60 lbs--they should be able to do it easily.
