Not sure what the on/off switch is for. I can't seem to shut my Pocket Juice off. And only 2 of the 4 lights are lighting up. Problem? null

My pocket juice turns off automatically if it's not being used and it turns on when it is being used. The reason why there's only 2 of the 4 lights lighting up is because it's showing you how much battery it has, so it's halfway charged. I hope that helps.

I noticed the same thing. If I tap that on/off button, the system wakes up with the blue indicating lights showing. I just have to wait for it to term out on its own.

You may have to charge your “pocket juice” from a different power source than what you normally use. I had to leave mine to charge undisturbed overnight.

I turn it off by holding the button for about 2-3 seconds and then pressing it a second time. Not sure why only 2 lights work though.
