- Answer I am having the exact same problem. Galaxy S10. I had been able to pair /Bluetooth fine until about 10 days ago. Now I can connect, but it will drop within 15 seconds. All my children's Apple products work fantastically well. I am annoyed to say the least, but idk if it's a speaker issue or an Android update causing this heartburn.

- Answer You charge initially with the included micro usb connector. Then the solar recharges and keeps the battery full. You could alway recharge with micro usb but I haven’t needed to.

- Answer I had the same question and found this online. First put your Bluetooth speaker into pairing mode. Then, open up the Alexa app > Settings > tap your Echo device name > Bluetooth > Pair a New Device. Once your Bluetooth speaker shows up within the app, tap it to connect and wait for Alexa to confirm the pairing is successful. And there you go! Have not tried it yet.

QuestionI want to place these on top of my pergola. But they will not be accesible to power on and off. Is that a problem to leave them powered on all the time, and never turn them off?

- Answer Hi there, these Rock Speakers have a rechargeable battery lasts for 50 hours (depending on exposure to sunlight) and fully recharges in 6 hours. They will continue to charge when exposed to the sun. Depending on how frequently you're using them and whether or not they have direct exposure to sunlight, you should be able to leave them powered on for days at a time.
