• You can bluetooth pair 2 cell phones to this system and then use the VTech handset to make/receive calls

• Hi - The VTech IS8151-5 is a single line telephone system. The Cell 1 and Cell 2 buttons are for Bluetooth enabled cellphones paired with the telephone base as the unit has a Connect to Cell feature. The said feature will enable you to use the telephone system to make and receive cellular calls. Thank you, -VTech Support
