How well does this work with time machine? null

Easy set up. Flawless execution. Highly recommend.

Time Machine will recognize it as a backup location, but only after it is setup through your router. I can't speak on the performance as a Time Machine backup, but it took approximately 12 hours to transfer 1TB of data from a drive it was directly connected to, so your milage may vary.
