I get it in my email to renew . If u don’t renew it will send u another email to verify if I really don’t want . It’s up to u. But I use it . Auto payment .

Webroot charged my credit card with an automatic subscription for software. I do not want this, as it does not work on my computer. While trying to install it, I received a notice that it was not compatible to all computers. It does not work on mine. Please remove the $63.59 charge from my account. The reference number is 24493980XLQAJOP2EV.

I think that you need to call Best Buy before your subscription runs out or they renew it automatically.  Judge its worth and cost before cancelling though.

There should be a window on the webroot site that you have loaded on your computer and think it's in tools or in your account
