• You will need mounting hardware to attach the mounting bracket to the wall. You will need the appropriate screws to attach it to the stud(s) and toggle bolts unless at least 2 studs are available

• No. It comes with its own bracket. Just following the instructions provided. Had it installed in less than 20 minutes. It's a two person job.

• Nope. Might need venting parts if you are running the exhaust fan to the outside.
