How do you soak clothes in Washer Model WTW4800BQ? The washer keeps dumping my soap and water after no activity for 10 minutes.

To soak in this washer start your regular cycle but before the water is done feeling push the pause start pause button one time you will see the green light flashing in the progress under feel and just soak for whatever time you want then to restart the machine hit the start pause button 1 time in it will complete the wash I have soaked up to 3 hours and mine with no problem whatsoever I found this out after I had the washer for a year. But it works so I hope this helps good luck

I thought there was a soak selection, but I also had that experience. The washer if awful.

It is possible your drain hose is in to deep into the drain and getting a suction lock. Mine did this intermittently after Best Buy install.

This particular washer does this. If you do not load the soap first and then the clothes and close the lid; after 10 minutes the tun will drain the water and soap. This was created with the machine. You have to put the clothes in after the soap and close the lid. If you need to put something else in after the start of the machine, you have to hit the "pause" button and open the lid, then hit the "pause" button again and the machine will resume action.
