“Washer lock clicks (engages and disengages) repeatedly after the cycle and I have to time it right to open it. Also, if the lid is left closed the lock flashes on and off and every half hour or so, the lock cycle through repeatedly again. Normal?”

I cannot do a wash and open the machine during the wash to add detergent, after the soak cycle drains the detergent that I already put in the machine. A waste of product and a big aggravation.

I figured it out when I turned it off and removed the agitator, then I started it again. There are some items that may not balance correctly, for whatever reason, when the agitator is in place. I think the manual says when and when not to use it.
