- Answer I think you have set your detergent concentration incorrectly. 10X refers to detergent concentration, not the amount dispensed. All of the HE detergents that I have found locally are 2X concentrated. If you change your setting to 2x I think you will be happier with your results. The washer automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent.

- Answer Hi BJ1838, this particular model has the Load and Go Feature. Simply add detergent once and skip refills for 20 loads. The load and go dispenser will sense and dispense the amount of detergent needed for the load.
