- Answer Hello! Thank you for your question and for your interest in WHOOP! If you purchase your WHOOP 4.0 from Best Buy, it still comes with the same warranty as listed on our site. Please feel free to review it here: support.whoop.com/s/article/WHOOP-Warranty-Policy. The only difference is if you decide to return your WHOOP and cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will need to return the device to Best Buy for a refund and cancelation. We do not have any information about device upgrades at this time and are fully supporting and updating the WHOOP 4.0. If a newer version of WHOOP becomes available, we will let all of our members know their options to upgrade at that time. To help with your question, WHOOP devices purchased at one of our retail partners will only apply the prepaid membership months to a brand new WHOOP account. If you purchase a WHOOP from an authorized retailer but you already have an active account, you will need to reach out to our membership services team at [email protected] and they will be able to add the 12-months to your account. We do not provide members with a new device every year, however, with each subscription, members are given a lifetime warranty on the hardware. Our lifetime warranty policy states that if members reach out with any issues or problems, our team will work with them to resolve them and replace their device if necessary so long as they purchase directly through WHOOP or WHOOP-approved partners and have an active membership with a valid payment method on file. - Answer It will fit fine, the straps are just plain ugly and overpriced for what they are so unless she’s wanting to get guidance on energy exertion just go with a fit bit they are slimmer and gave changeable straps

As for the membership, your membership automatically renews to charge $288 per year after the 12-month commitment ends, unless the account is canceled or the member switches to a monthly membership.
