Yes, but keep in mind the following:
The Lobo pack is nice, but if you don't get it (I had no code with the game, it was just in my inventory,) it's no big deal. Yes, the multi-tool is different, but does the same damage as the machete (and honestly, the machete is cooler, IMHO).
Yes, you get 3 gold varient weapons that do more damage than their base counterparts... but, this is where it gets tricky. Those gold varients are NOT as powerful as the highest level weapons. And THIS is where it's important: those Lobos did not earn XP while using them. So, if you want to eventually unlock the most powerful AK-47 (well, their version of it,) you won't be earning any XP towards it while using the Lobo AK. AND, ATOP THAT, the Lobos are not silenced. While the basic rifle versions eventually earn that as you level, the starting varient pistol begins silenced, while the Lobo doesn't. Most maps, the opening section is almost always set up in a way where silenced weapons are a bonus to have.
So, if you don't get the Lobo pack, you can, (I believe) purchase it separately via PSN, but honestly, they hamstring progress towards the best versions to own.

So I looked at wwz’s Website and it did link best buy’s Pre-Order. Normally it says it but it’s apparently on the disc. Idk how but that’s what the website stated along with other internet articles.
