A Performance Processor is recommended 8GB of RAM for Optimal Performance. Frame rate is dependent on a number of factors and how CPU and GPU intensive the games are plus the resolution you are gaming. It will play a lot of new games but will struggle on high setting and high resolutions. I average 35 FPS benchmark on Final Fantasy Shadowbringers. Its still a good entry gaming GPU.

ATX, ITX, BTX) This product is bulit for ATX. 2nd question, graphic cards are designed to stack with the motherboard's GPU to make the frames move smoother (FPS increases). Bottom line it depends on the game, there is no way to get a specific number.
