It's all one long speaker wire that is included with the unit for all of the speakers. The back speaker cables can be as long as you need them to be based on how long you cut them and split them at the ends to go into the speakers. We have a small apartment living room and when I set up ours I barely had enough wire for all of the speakers. If you have a big living room then you will most likely have to buy a separate roll of speaker wire. Best Buy also sells that. If you want to match whichever speaker wire you buy with what is included with the unit, then you would need speaker wire that is white.
