Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If I am not mistaken, it is not Best Buy that's going to replace the protector but rather Zagg if you registered the product. While the new protector is free, you do have to pay for its shipping.

If you have a Best Buy account, customer service reps should be able to look it up in the system. I recently brought my cracked protector to a store and they were able to find my purchase and replace the protector. At no cost.
