Best Buy can replace your Zagg protector if originally purchased through them. Otherwise, they can provide information where to send old one in for yourself and receive replacement.

If you register it with Zagg and contact Zagg they will replace it as it says on the back of the box

They did for me. I just gave them my receipt showing that I had purchased the protector, and as a clerk at Best Buy had installed it originally, they gave me a new screen protector and installed it for me. No charge.

If I am not mistaken, it is not Best Buy that's going to replace the protector but rather Zagg if you registered the product. While the new protector is free, you do have to pay for its shipping.

They do. However you have to be able to show proof of purchase. If you have a Best Buy account, customer service reps should be able to look it up in the system. I recently brought my cracked protector to a store and they were able to find my purchase and replace the protector. At no cost.
