Not anymore. You have to go through Zagg for warranty issues on this model per my local Best Buy.

Best Buy stated when I purchased this item to "come back to the store and we replace it for free"
Well I went to the store to have it replaced and they told me I have to go through ZAGG.com for replacement.
Zagg.com wants $9.99 shipping plus $.82 tax for the replacement.
Why would I listen to anything Best Buy says during a purchase and why wouldn't I just purchase it from Amazon.

If you can get a replacement through Zagg or one of their service agents, it can be replace for $10.00.
I have had the Samsung S20 FE 5G for one year and replaced the Zagg glass 2 times. Very easy to do if you can find a replacement.

From what I understand it is a lifetime warranty of the phone. You need to send in the warranty and send them the broken one back.
