what does the warranty cover? I just bought a ZAGG - InvisibleShield Privacy Glass Screen Protector for Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus and my screen just cracked in only a week! I am super upset!

Mine just broke. It is necessary to register your purchase on the Zagg website. Once done you can click "warrany replacement" and they will send a new one. Shipping cost is (3.99) is the only charge. New one arrives in 3-5 days and you must return the broken one.
I have successfully received two replacements. It works !

Is your actual phone screen cracked or is it the privacy glass that is cracked? I would look at the Zagg website because I think if you register your product (privacy glass) with them and it breaks, they will send you a replacement at no charge. At least thats what they were doing with their Zagg Screen protectors. I would double check on the site just to be sure. If your actual phone is broken, not sure that they will help you with that.

make sure you registered your zagg shield on their website. They have a lifetime warranty and will send you a new one. As long as Best Buy installed the first one they will install it again once you get the new shield from Zagg.

Mine did the same thing I don't know if this was meant to be strong its self, but it did protect my screen which is much more expensive than a sacrificial screen protector.

If you have your receipt just register your screen protector at the Zagg website. You only pay shipping, usually 3 bucks, and they'll send you a replacement. It's fast and easy.
