    Have rented rug Dr. Machines from store many times. This is a better machine that cleans better and will pay for itself in no time.

    This is a really good deep cleaner. the only issue is that its like like lifting weights after the water is added. It is very heavy and hurts your arms after going back and forth on the carpet. I would recommend this product for someone who is strong.

    I was hopeful this would be great for my carpet, given my aging dog and her occasional leave-behinds, but I am a bit disappointed. It does the job of sucking up the muck, but as soon as you shut it off and go to unplug it, it releases a stream of what looks like dirty water out if it’s mouth. Not a lot, but enough to make me push it to a tiled area before shutting it down. I’d recommend it but warn others of my experience.
