Really useful product. Cleans the house really well.

I did read reviews before purchasing this product. Our house is large and we have 2 cats and a beagle. The room we call the 'man cave' has a laminate floor and seems to collect hair, dust, and debris from the backyard. It's come to blows keeping this room clean, so I happily purchased this robot from our local BestBuy. This robot does not clean - it wet wipes. It does have a small tank that keeps the microfiber cloth perpetually damp for the cleaning. The robot cleans based on a locator cube - which is frustrating because if you want an area blocked off you physically have to do this (older roombas had gadgets you could use as boundaries). Additionally, the floor has to be pristine of any dirt, debris (cat littler), or fur - otherwise you will have streaks and smears. If you are wondering if this would work for you, as yourself this question: could I clean this area, and be happy with it, with only 1 Swiffer wet towel? If the answer is no - then do not purchase this robot.

Used it for 2 years, brava beeps six times and stops in the middle of cleaning after hitting obstacles. No clear guidance on support page to fix it. There are multiple videos on youtube for this issue and none of it seems to work There is no provision to add this model to iRobot App. Please do not buy this piece of crap

This product was awful. It started cleaning in one area turned around and did the same area never spread out around the kitchen. Save your money.
