went from Rowenta to Tefal based on reviews, then when they died, sharks turn. picked a better heavier unit for durability and it was fine for about 8 months when it crashed and burned. year warranty, but BB doesn't cover, my problem to fight it out with shark. So everything is disposable now, but 8 months doesn't cut it. smooth, effective, but short lived. still need replacement, but will manuf. warranty? havent heard back...

Looks cool, feels awesome ......but the steam button is starting to where out where it doesnt bounce back after pressing.

Wish it was lighter, my wife doesn't like to use it. Although new when purchased, first use I had minerals from water exit under steel plate.

I've only had it a short while and the steam button is stuck and it's always spitting out brown streaks of water when not on self-clean.

The iron does not hold heat to keep the steam flowing, kept getting water droplets and spots on clothes.

its like holding a bowling ball when you iron i would recommend getting the lighter version

This unit started to emit the brown water from the steam holes after about a month. Followed directions in the instructions. It ruined an expensive white shirt. Save your clothes. Do not buy this.

I thought it would heat more. But only gets hot when it has water.

Purchased this and noticed that it was leaking after a week so I went back to the store to the exchange it. Within a week the 2nd iron was doing the same thing so I returned it. Works great for a week and then starts to leak water.

Started out fine, but didn’t last at all. Leaked water all over the place. Replaced within couple months.

Purchased this iron hoping that it would work appropriately without leaking water onto my clothes, I was wrong. Returned and I'm much happier with a WalMart special which was one-third of the price.

It drips water from the bottom really bad. Literal puddles of water in my clothes as I try to iron

Leaks like a sieve. Replaced by mfg. twice and had to pay shipping both times. Good for about one week. Use daily. Don't waist your money.

Just purchased this iron this evening, and pressed two items tonight. Heats very quickly; great steam, even on low setting. Good weight to the iron if you prefer one that's substantial. Also, I really like the button that switches settings, vs. the older dial format that I was accustomed to.

Spills water and does not stay on. Horrible Iron Wish I had returned it

We don't use regularly. It was working fine and suddenly stop heating...

Had to do multiple orders and returns and am now giving up. Both irons came with the box opened and water in the water reservoir. I even called Shark to ask if this was because they test them before they send them out. They told me no, and that Best Buy is probably shipping out open box/returned items as brand new. I was shocked they would say something like this, but whatever the reason I’m not paying $50 for a returned iron.
