Our first Dyson purchase ever. We've only used cheap walmart vacuum machine until this one. What a life changer! It is so easy to use, and outperforms other cheap or even expensive vacuum machine. Highly recommended!

Bought this to replace my previous DC44 due to failed battery. The V6 absolute is an improvement in every area but battery life. Significant improvement in suction power and the hard floor head is a very nice addition.

This is our second dyson and worth every penny! We have tile and hardwood floors. The new hardwood head attachment works great. It's twice the size of the previous attachment and picks up everything. This is truly a "you get what you pay for" item. We bought it when they were having a 20% off appliances sale. If you can wait, it helps on cost.

In the maximum mode the vacuum does a great job, but the battery doesn't last long. It works well in the normal mode too and lasts much longer. Overall it's much more convenient to vacuum now.

love hardwood floor suction head,glad i bought the absolute!!!!

Works well on hardwood and carpet and various are attachments are a bonus! Went with this versus the newer model which has a longer battery life - price was cheaper and the batter lasts long enough for my needs.

It works fairly well for a battery operated vacuum cleaner. Pricey.

Bought this after looking at it several times and am so glad we did. Very versatile since we have hardwood floors and carpet. Attachments are very easy to use and the suction power is amazing. Worth the splurge!

The best thing about this vacuum is that it's cordless. It's really convenient to just grab it and use. When in max power mode, it only works for 6 minutes though, so keeping it charged all the time makes sense.

I've had a Dyson since the original one (the purple one) and then I bought a handheld unit to clean up next to the litter box. I've been happy and impressed with them since the beginning. My original Dyson was starting to not perform as well (it's about 12 years old, nothing lasts forever). I was a little bit wary of buying a battery-operated unit as my primary vacuum, but I have no regrets after about a month of using it. The battery life is great (admittedly, I only do a couple of rooms at a time, so I've yet to completely drain the battery), and the suction is excellent.

Absolutely love the vacuum. It's lightweight and powerful. Had a need to deal with customer service and they were great. We use the vacuum everyday. Well worth the money.

Like all the Dyson products we own, this is another terrific addition. Battery doesn't last long, but the power for such a small unit is amazing. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the mount doesn't have place to connect all the attachments

My husband loves to vacuum and love our new cordless bagless vacuum, thin, light weight and so good for fast clean ups in kitchen & light cleanups. It was a bit more than I expected to pay but well worth, I bought it on sale.
