Great vacuum. ONE BIG DRAW BACK. IT ONLY WORKS FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE RECHARGE... GREAT FOR QUICK JOBS BUT NOT A ENTIRE SATURDAY CLEANING. Think of trying to use a cordless drill all day not going happen. GREAT SUCTION, GREAT JOB... BATTERY LIFE TO SHORT.

This vacuum has a fair amount of power in a handy and lightweight package. The attachments are decent. Cleaning out the canister is easy but sometimes you need to use an old tooth brush to get to everything. My one complaint is that battery life is only about 10-15 minutes. That's certainly enough time for small and quick jobs around the house. On sale it's a good deal, but I'd have a hard time justifying full price.

Got it home and put it together and used it. The battery died after about four minutes. Immediate buyers remorse. Reread the instructions, charged the battery and reset the motor speed. The MAX speed feature may be useful but definitely not necessary. Wow, I really enjoy vacuuming for a change. I can do the whole main floor and stairs in my split level on one charge. I was surprised at the amount of stuff this thing sucks up. Happy not to buy bags or manage an electrical cord as I do the deed. Four stars are for the build quality vs price tag. I gotta be honest, Dyson could charge half the price and still make 200% at wholesale. That being said my house gets the once over 5 times more often now, which is a good thing. I have wood floors with area carpets and carpeted stairs and a black cat that sheds more than I thought.

Really enjoy this vacuum! Great for small jobs. Vacuuming living room, den, etc. Suction is great. Light. Easy to empty out. Only drawback is the limited run time about 15 minutes approximately.

Good product but would be nice if the charge would last longer to be able to vacuum more areas at once. I like the size and the ease of usage.

I was always fascinated by the Dyson products. Th only drawback was the battery was no good & had to be replaced under warrantee by the manufacturer. Small, powerful & stows away nicely.

Bought this for a great price on a Christmas in July sale. We moved to a 1500 sq ft. loft apartment and this replaced our full size vacuum. We have a mix of hard floors of various types and rugs and find that the charge time is enough to do the entire apartment. The one small drawback is having to empty the receptacle fairly often but it is so small and light that this isn't an issue. We love it and the included attachments are well conceived and very useful.

I'm in love with this vacuum. Its light weight, easy to clean, and picks up better then any other vacuum I've ever had. I was vacuuming with our regular vacuum and my husband was behind me with the dyson and I couldn't believe what it was picking up. Great for the dog hair too!!!

Only had for a short time but this thing sucks. It's light handy and really gets into tight spots.

Overall a great vacuum, lightweight and powerful. Battery life is very short. Works best as hand held for small jobs or as a vacuum for small spaces.

Lets face it, no one likes or enjoys vacuuming, so I personally was looking for something that would be lightweight, efficient, that would get the job done quickly and in the first pass. I am a big fan and user of dysons. I have the larger HEPA traditional stand-up vacuum that I use and leave upstairs for carpet and use the handheld Dyson V6 for down stairs wood floors and rug area. It works great and picks up with lots of suction force so I dont have to do several passes. My only item that would have liked to see improve is the battery life, as I normally vacuum using the 2x strength setting, I really have to run quickly to get everything on the first pass. If not I have to wait -1-2 hours for the recharge. Overall - strongly recommend. Pros: very effective, strong suction, great size for use, storing on wall is great Con: Cost is higher, short battery life (~20 mins) FYI - not associated with any brands or group. Just like clean :-) Hope this help.

This a powerful vaccum! It's light and easy to handle. It comes with multiple attachments for different types of floor. Very portable, good battery life, and not loud. Love to use it in my car, hard to reach places, hardwood floors. Highly recommend it!

My wife has wanted a Dyson for a long time. This cordless vacuum has amazing suction power on hard floors. Although it doesn't have the battery life and power to be used as a whole-home, it's great on hard floors and sufficient for quick cleanups. We really enjoy the convenience of the cordless feature.

I’m happy with the purchase of my Dyson cordless stick vacuum. It’s light weight and easy to use. The bag empties so quick and effortlessly and the battery life is great. However I do regret not spending a little more for the 8 instead of the v6 because I would prefer it to have a little more power while using the hard wood floor adapter. Otherwise it’s an excellent vacuum that I would definitely recommend.
