I like that this vacuum has two capabilities as an upheld and carry-on. You can do carpets, hard-wood floors, and dusting. The carry-on lets you approach hard-to-reach areas a standard upheld can't reach, like under the bed. I do regret not having purchased the deluxe version that comes with the rolling canister attachment to place the carry-on. You have to make sure you are carrying the canister or have it in an absolute stationary place at all times otherwise. I wasn't paying attention one day and it slipped off my chair on my foot.

I bought this vacuum after our Dyson broke. I was little hesitant to buy it as my wife is choosy. excellent reviews forced me to buy it, i cant believe...how much happiness i brought my home. My wife is no more dyson fan.

This unit has awesome suction for a lightweight portable vacuum which is also easy to manuver

I did have to call Shark to get the proper attachment sent that was pictured on the Best Buy website for hard floors (looks like a swiffer added on), but the customer service was awesome and the vacuum is fantastic!!!

This vacuum picked up at least five times what my old vacuum would pick up. Only "complaint" would be the small dirt/dust storage container, but I can definitely live with that for how powerful this little vacuum is.

After using this for the past 6 months, I have found it to be easy to push around. The bag less collection system is easy to empty and no mess. Works well on carpet of various lengths and works well on solid surface.

I had a very old vacuum and needed to replace . This is a GREAT replacement!!! It is so much easier to use and does a great job!!!

Suction on this vacuum is 10 times better than our previous upright. Tools are useful and vacuum is quite versatile. I would give it 5 stars if the cord wasn't so inconvenient when using the Lift-Away feature. Otherwise a great product.

This is my first Shark vacuum purchase. I have two small children and 3 cats. This vacuum is great for pet hair and all other debris. The rotator design is awesome too. I love it. Best one so far!!!!

I love this vacuum cleaner. I love how I can detach the main part to get under the bed and couch easily without using the attachment tools, and I love how it swivels. The design is intuitive enough that I was able to figure it out right away without reading the instructions. Best vacuum we've bought thus far, and man have we had a few! We have not had luck with ours lasting long in the past, partly because of the volume of pet hair, but I am hoping this one does.

We are very pleased with the performance of this Shark vacuum. It has good power and is easy to use.

So much lighter and easier to maneuver than the Bissell it replaced. Much stronger suction and overall better vacuum.

We love the long cord, all the attachments, and best of all, the power it has with or without the use of the floor unit.
