First time I used it it cleaned the same area for 10 minute just kept going in a circle,wanted more for $900.

I loved it when it worked. It’s a bit loud, but hey, it’s a vacuum cleaner.

I purchased this vacuum with the anticipation of it cleaning the floors while myself or my wife is not home. I was initially impressed with the features of the 980 and the associated iPhone App. The 980 initially navigated around my home very well until it approached a couch in my living room and a table in the dining room. The vacuum became wedged under a corner of my couch not once, but three times in a matter of 30 minutes in the same location, shut down each time and needed someone to physically pick it up and move it before it found its way back to the same location regardless of being moved several feet away. This also occurred on a leg of my dining room table. In my mind this defeated the purpose of having the vacuum so I returned the vacuum for a refund and am purchasing the Samsung Powerbot Turbo in hopes of an improvement. The only way I could avoid this was to place one of the provided Lighthouses to defer the Roomba from vacuuming this area. If you do not have obstacles that could allow the vacuum to be wedged under I would consider this a good buy. Just some more R&D to do buy Roomba on this product.

Used a few times. Does a ok job. Still gets stuck under furniture and shuts off. For $900 dollars I'll vacuume your carpet for you.
