As usual, did my research with “Consumer Report” who gave this unit a very nice review. One of the best they said. I should have listened to SEVERAL Best Buy purchasers of this unit, who said it was “ineffective.” After owning and running constantly (in a small bedroom) for three weeks, I am extremely disappointed with this air filter. This was Honeywell’s largest unit. I almost “overbought” but I wanted to clear out dust and pollen. It did NEITHER ! I had relatively high expectations of a “HEPA-style” filter. What I bought has not cleared any dust issues. I re-dusted and cleaned ALL bedroom surfaces (fresh start, right?). Dust re-appeared within 48 hours. Air did not feel fresh. Probably was NOT fresh. “BUYER REMORSE” Big Time. Again, I live by “Give people and items the benefit of the doubt.” This product fails. If it cannot filter relatively easy dust, it will never be able to clear out pollen and allergens. I VERY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It’s on I hear it running but can’t tell the difference in air quality from now and when I first plugged it in it may be doing all kinds of awesome things but can’t say for sure

Attempted to use this Air Purifier for an apartment building hallway but the odors were barely touched by the purifier.

Live near fields and tons of allergies, this helped a bit but not as much as the higher end styles

Returned when I saw less expensive equivalent that was also WiFi enabled.

Item was good. But looking for something to reduce cooking order. Not good for that

I'm very surprised at the poor quality of this Honeywell Air Purifier. I'm not sure if it's the design (how the 3 filters are placed, etc), but unfiltered air was getting past the HEPA filters. I could see the build-up of dust inside the clean output (purified air) area. I wasted my money on this one.

I bought 2 of these. Didnot have it one year when one started making such a racket I couldnt sleep. Changed the HEPA filters and the charcoal filter and noise did not stop. I bought a protection plan on these. Hopefully, theyj can teplace it.

Didnt pick up dust from the air, as I thought it would.

Got it out of the box but have not used it much yet.

I really don't notice much of a difference. I bought this unit because there is a smoker in the house. It does not seem to eliminate much of the smoker's odor.

So got this in april its now 4 months later and I used it off and on during that time in various parts of my home. By month three it made odd engine noises. I cleaned the prefilter which had dust on it even if the signal for check filter wasn't on. Today it died fully and made a burning electric smell. So glad I bought a protection plan this thing is a FIRE HAZARD.

While it seemed to work alright when used. It died just over a year after purchase. Will never buy another one of their products again if I can help it.

This item stopped working after 5 months, and it cost way too much money to only last that long.

I purchased Honeywell Home - True HEPA 465 Sq. Ft. Air Purifier in black July of 2020 (Model HA300BHD, SKU 4340100). It worked great with easy to change filters and options for almost 8 months. Then the top buttons stopped working and wont turn on now despite being plugged in different outlets. I wish I went with another product for $249.99.

After running it for a week I didn't see any difference in my air so I returned it.

They really do not work well , I bought three and I don't see a change in overall air filtering

Description was 100% proven. I don't know what I would have done without it. I have owned for awhile and it still works like I just purchased it. Thank you Honeywell!!!
