I've owned this product for 3 months and already it has stopped working. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend this if you enjoy istening to TV, music or like peace and quiet. So loud, I can’t use, no idea if it works because it causes noise pollution.

Sleek design, horribly noxious chemical smell emitting when running causing me a horrible migraine for days after. One selection on panel didn’t work when pressed several times. I expected top notch from Honeywell and I got bottom of the barrel and spent a lot of money. I returned them. I bought two of these and both have the same problem. Never again.

Initially was pleased until the unit started giving off an electrical burning smell, then completely stopped working. We only used it less than 6 hours per day, and kept it clean. Luckily Best Buy refunded us. Can not recommend this air purifier.

Returned because I found cheaper models that cover more sq ft and are just as good and quieter

I purchased two of the HPA300 one for my bedroom and one for my living-room. I felt a difference after running them the first night. No more stuffy nose in the morning :) Please keep in mind that they are not silent. But I do find the white poise soothing when I sleep.

Excellent air purifier unit. Bought this one for my son’s family, they seem to like it a lot. I have the next model down bought in 2020. I put it on a cheap small furniture dolly and roll it from back of the house in the AM to the kitchen/family room to run during the day and back to the bedrooms to run at night. We have noticed a difference in our air quality.

Way too much money. Maybe it pulled dust out of the air but we couldnt tell due to the choking smell of cheap plastic offgassing VOCs. Returned and bought a different brand.

Stopped working after 1 year. I didn't even use this that often. Do not buy this product.

We've had this running nonstop for almost two weeks in our bedroom and don't notice any difference yet.

It only lasted 8 months. The touch button gave out and it’s now a $200 piece of garbage in my living room.

Will shut off after about 10 minutes. Waste of money. Tried to contact costumer service with no luck!

Terrible company. Please do not buy from this company. You will do yourself a favor to stop buying here.

Very good air purifier. I noticed difference in air quality right away after leaving it running for first 4 hours. The air smelled cleaner and was fresher. As a allergy sufferer, I can attest to the difference I feel when I breathe: no more watery eyes or stuffed up nose or nasal drip. And, running in Quiet mode, it is silent and allows me to sleep with it on all night. While there may be better air purifiers, they usually cost twice as much money. Even though the filters need to be changed every 3 months at approximately $60 for 3 filters, the cleaner air is priceless. I hope to do a update review in future once I see how durable this machine is, since I run it 24 hours a day. Would have given it a 5 star if not for the yearly cost of filter changes.

I rely on this purifier a lot for my health and it works great. I think it finally died after 6 years of heavy use.

Sucks the crap out yo air foo . Ok all jokes aside . Yes great product. Cleans the air quick and helps with cooking smells. It will absorb them fast. Just make sure you dust your home if you don’t these filters will fill up fast and they are not cheap. Unles you go get them on Amazon. :)

I brought this to filter the air in my home and it does a great job! It has several setting and on the low setting you can hardly high it. This is a great product and I will be buying a second one for my 2nd floor area.

I've had this on Turbo 24/7 for 9 months and only now had to change the filters. I keep this air purifier in my infant's nursery for white noise and air quality. My child's nursery is far less dusty than our bedroom, I'm considering getting another.

This is OK but not all I hoped. I originally order a Coway air purifier from Amazon. However, it got "lost" during shipping. I decided not to both with an offered replacement. Happy to do business with Best Buy, but couldn't find Coway brand. Selected this at a slightly higher price but more capacity. At lowest setting, the unit is very quiet at highest like a box fan. The unit is larger than I expected and a bit heavier, so check the measurements and weight. My major disappointment is that it does not indicate the level of pollution like the Coway. My son has a Coway and really likes the fact that it automatically adjusts the fan speed based on pollution. The Honeywell just stays where you set it.

Works great! Removes smells too, filters are pricey but worth it for clean air
