    ALWAYS WORKS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME WHEN USING THE HP 62 CARTRIDGE. USUALLY USE THE 62 XL BECAUSE IT LASTS SO MUCH LONGER EVEN THOUGH IT IS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE.
