So I didn't think anything other than a normal drip coffee maker was required to get my morning coffee. I was wrong. This thing really does make coffee specialized to what you're wanting. It's nice because you can even keep coffee pods around and have pre-measured grounds ready when you want, just pour them in. The insulated carafe works wonders, hours of great tasting hot coffee, not just 2 (of stale at the end). This is the best purchase a coffee lover can make.

Replaced my old $16 coffee maker with this one. I can't believe how much better my coffee tastes. Super easy to use.

Easy and simple to use. Love it! Starts working immediately when I turn it on and its better to use beans you blend yourself.

It makes great coffee,would give it 5 stars but don’t know why it doesn’t go through the pre-heat when you start the brew cycle, otherwise a great product.

Before buying this brewer, we had a Keurig single serve...loved that, but didn't like either the plastic waste, or the mess of the single serve basket...not to mention those days when I want to sit around and have more than a single cup. So, we decided on this and we couldn't be happier! It not only makes the multiple cups perfectly that I want, it can still make the single serve my wife wants. I love the timer and love waking up to the smell of coffee again! So far 100% love it!

It doesn't make induvidual drinks like I thought it would. You need a blender to go with it. Can be messing and a lot of effort for just 1 drink. Other than that the craft is stainless steel and makes a great pot of coffee!

Bought the Ninja for our office. Features like holding water tank allows you to make coffee very quickly and naturally chlorine taste free. Different size selectors for amount keeps you from making too much. The carafe is not sealed, but is stainless steel and keeps the coffee hot for hours without the burnt taste from continuous heating. It has been a nice addition to our office and has helped us get away from the wasteful and expensive Keurig unit.

Great for a full coffee pot, one cup or speciality coffees. Comes with a recipe book to make many speciality coffees.

It is easy to set up and to use. Setting the automatic brew is simple. It also helps that the coffee pot itself is not made of glass.

Very easy to use. Clean look on the counter. Coffee stays hot in the stainless pot for hours.

So far really happy with it. Keeps the coffee hot, without a heating element on the bottom.
