Bought this as a gift for a coffee "snob" family member who refused to consider anything other than the "K" brand. After two days of usage, we have a convert. They couldn't be more pleased with the versatility and taste of their favorite drinks. This product has also spurred other family members to try a variety of drinks.

Only complaint is I wish it had a warmer plate. Works perfectly, brews great coffee!

The Ninja Coffee Bar doesn't make true espressos, but close enough for us. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee very warm without overheating the coffee, as it can do with a glass carafe and warming plate, making it too strong and bitter. Unbreakable too, of course. The BB staff was great.

This is just an OK unit which is surprising for a Ninja. The water that you place in the tank doesnt coincide with what is brewed. The unit we purchased needed to be replaced as it stopped working within the first month. Best Buy replaced it without a hitch.

We tried many different coffeemakers including Keurig, but this one just caught my eye by design. After brewing few times a weekend morning coffee I found that I had never tasted more delicious coffee from coffeemaker at home. My husband has the same opinion.

Ditched the expensive K-cup machine and could not be happier with the Ninja. One cup or a full pot, the brew is absolutely delicious and no more wasteful pods. Highly recommend!

In the market for a new coffee maker like I was? Look no further the new ninja coffee maker has all the bells and whistles and comes from a company you love and trust. I have owned a ninja blender for many years now and thought i would give this a try after my last coffee maker kicked the can. I do not regret the decision.

Ninja does a lot of good things, but coffee pots are not those good things. Ninja replaced this coffee pot 2x with a like model, and 1x with the upgraded model, and they all failed. If I were reading this I would assume that it might be the user, but really, it's not hard to use a coffee maker. Each machine had the same issue - it would brew for about 5seconds, and then shut off. Ninja gains the bonus start for good customer support, and because i did actually like each coffee pot for the few months that they worked, but for $170, you would hope to get more than a a combined years worth of use (that's right, 1 year for all 4 coffee makers in total). I finally decided it was not worth sending it back for replacement and bought a behmor (which I am in love with even 1.5 years later)

I bought this Ninja coffee maker based on reviews of confirmed purchasers. I was replacing a Mr. Coffee coffee maker with a metal carafe that was still in perfect conditions because of the features of this one. I have been very happy with the choice I made.

This is replacing a Keurig and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to make any style coffee I want without losing any potency. The Keurig only allows amount of beans while this allows for as many beans as you would want. If you are looking for a coffee maker that you won't regret, this is the one you are looking for.

Love my new Ninja, but it took a few days to figure out the right amount t of coffee to use. It brews a lot hotter than our previous coffee maker and seems to be more forceful so we use less and it’s a great cup of coffee. Carafe keeps coffee hot for quite awhile. Like the 1 cup option also.

While it doesn't exactly make 12 cups like a cheaper coffee maker, what it does make is quite good, designed well, with just enough options for flexibility and preference. It's built very well and making just one cup is far easier without having to rely on the awful plastic K-Cups.

Love this Ninja! So many choices for amount of coffee you want to make and also strength of coffee. I love the insulated carafe so the coffee doesn't get that burned taste some often do. If anything ever happens to this Ninja, I'll be purchasing another one!
