It's a simple wireless mouse. I needed it for my computer because I live in a small travel trailer, (24' inside), and wires were everywhere. I got a wireless keyboard, and this mouse. It works just fine with the special chip that HP has. The USB plug will facilitate up to five HP wireless peripherals. I have experienced no problems with this mouse. Any chimpanzee could use it.

I decided to make a smart investment in this mouse not only because it's an HP, but because I also wanted something wireless with quick laser response that would be comfortable for me to use at home and on the go. So far it has accomplished everything I was expecting it to do and more. The battery life is great, just as long as you remember to switch it off of course. It's also kid-friendly which is a plus. No complaints here. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I've been using this mouse for a couple months now and I can definitely say I like it! I responds well, it's durable, I like the housing for the receiver, I would say if you're looking for a good, reliable, wireless mouse, this is a good choice. If there is any down side to it it's that it takes two batteries. I think that is a small thing when compared to how well the mouse performs!

So far, this mouse has set up and worked flawlessly. I inserted the dongle, hit the "connect" button, and boom-I was up and running. I just had to adjust the mouse speed. I haven't yet dropped it, and fear that I might do so one day. There is no cord to stop it. Hopefully, it won't break. For now, it's just perfect.

I used to go through cheaper mice pretty fast because of the stress I put on them for work. This mouse has not given me the slightest but of trouble and the battery life is amazing.

I did a search for the functionality of this mouse as well as ergonomics. After a visual comparison as well as product line pricing, this was the best deal for my wireless mouse needs.

This is my first wireless mouse and I love it...the freedom of not having to deal with the cord getting stuck on things on my desk. It's very responsive and I like the quiet wheel. Maybe best of all, I like the shape-- the way it feels in my hand--- very comfortable. I think I'm going to like the side buttons, too. I'm just getting used to them. My husband has one just like this and he says the batteries last a long time. That's great. So far, so good!

this mouse seems very responsive and easy to use. it took me less than a few minutes to get it hooked up and in use. outperforms all the others I have had.

I use a Surface Pro 2 as my computer, which only has one USB port, so the HP Link 5 technology allows me to connect both mouse and keyboard together, which is great! The laser mouse is much more responsive than my old optical mouse, and works on every surface I have tried it on. The range is also excellent, working at over 10 ft away!

I got this wireless mouse so I could use it with my laptop computer. I really don't like to use the internal mouse, so I really appreciate having this accessory. It is also really handy when I have an external monitor connected to my laptop; I don't have to be on top of it to click on things. Additionally, it appears to use less power than my previous mouse; I haven't had to replace the battery yet.
