Stopped working after a few months

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works great but it stopped working after about 6 months of using it a few times a week. The dial and buttons were sometimes unresponsive, fixed by unplugging it. After a while it just stopped working all together. I had to get a replacement from Cuisinart and it works well so far but it's only been a month.
