I would have given the Keurig a 5 star but it had no reservoir. Either way, you fill up the smaller reservoir with an amount from 6-12 ounces. There are little plastic measuring spots that must be topped off. You can't pour too much as you can visually inspect what amount of water you're pouring. Or do what I do now, grab the cup, fill it to what I want and pour into the reservoir. In 2-3 minutes, you have steaming hot coffee. I have this in my RV where I can use "City Water" instead of using my bottled water. It makes the cabin smell like a bistro.

I purchased this item for my work space and it is great. Efficient, small and fast! Get it if you can!

I love this little Keurig! I needed a new coffee machine after my mr. coffee one bellied up on me and started leaking. I've always wanted a keurig, but I wanted something smaller because the kitchen in our apartment doesn't have a lot of counter space. This fit the bill perfect, and the guy at the best buy gave me a discount! I was able to get the keurig and a k-cup stand to go under it for less than the price of a bigger keurig. The water in it gets HOT, which is what I was worried about because of the size of it but it does a great job. The only thing I find weird about it is I actually put 12oz in a measuring cup and it goes right to the top of the 10oz marker. So it seems a little off, but either way I love it!

Best keurig yet. I have another keurig that i replaced with this one and love how much easier it is to clean.

I bought this because I was kinda tired of the "Instant" coffee taste and didn't want to always have to make a pot of coffee to have half of it wasted. The brewer is great except for one minor detail. When you want to use the "use your own grounds" accessory, unlike the k-cups that pour out in a steady stream, the coffee dribbles out and gets all over the inside of the k-cup holder and makes a mess sometimes outside of it, just makes things messy. I think they could have come up with a better design.

Works exactly how it's supposed to! I would recommend!

This Keurig works great. There have been no issues and it works with all kinds of K-cups.

It broke in 3 weeks. It makes noise but no coffee is made. It seems like it leaks from the bottom.

I've had this for only a week and so far it has worked only ONCE without me having to unplug it, dump out all the water, use another coffee pod, and more filtered water. It doesn't always drain the water into where it needs to go to brew and then even if it does, it doesn't always brew and then the power automatically shuts off after 90 seconds. How frustrating to get up in the morning to have this be the start of your day... fighting with the piece of junk coffee maker that I bought for $80 in addition to the coffee pods. It's going back later today to the store.

Have 2 a white and black unit, black unit gave out on me after about 100 cups it was basically new going to get one more and give it a try if it gives out I don't think I will buy another.

now has stop working the second time.I think its now out of warranty

One month of little use and will not make a cup of coffee. Only getting maybe 1/3 of cup. Your guess as to were all the water is going.
