When I tried it sure wasn't hot enough, how do I know? I drink daily coffee on the morning from Quicktrip on my way to work. Another thing I did not like is that the 2.0 feature only allows for Keurig K-cups to be used and no other brand. Other than that I like it and my sister loves it.

I'll clean the water tank and in a week, I'll need to clean the lime out again. Not like, routine cleaning, but the once every three months kind of cleaning. You go through a lot of pods, and it doesn't do 12 oz pours.

Great keurig

They said that they would recommend this to any coffee lover since it is both a keurig as well as a coffee pot. The price was reasonable as well.
